PRODUCTION MANAGER-SECOND SHIFT

A young and growing Cosmetic/OTC Skin Care Manufacturer in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced Second Shift Production Manager. This role leads all production activities on the second shift and makes sure output, quality, and safety targets are met while keeping full cGMP compliance. The Second Shift Production Manager works independently during evening hours, coordinates handoffs with first-shift leadership, and keeps senior management informed on shift performance and any issues.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct production management experience, including oversight of a staff of 20–35 people. Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid cGMP practices, and a strong work ethic are essential. Great company with excellent benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and can precisely dispense and stage chemicals according to master batch records. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
