Full job description:

• 3+ years experience in manufacturing or weighup environment.
• Previous experience in GMP cosmetic and OTC compounding facility.
• Forklift experience and/or certification.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to precisely dispense and stage chemicals according to master batch records.
• Accurately follow master batch records in reference to Compounding Procedures.
• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot compounding equipment such as mixing tanks, pumps, homogenizers and scales.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of batch processes, lot numbers, expiration dates, equipment usage, mixing speeds, temperature and times.
• Maintain clean workspace, prevent cross-contamination and safely operate equipment per GMP and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel.
• High physical stamina: ability to stand for long shifts, ability to frequently move or lift heavy weights up to 80 lbs, ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Precise calculation abilities
• Good penmanship
• Ability to accurately document tasks as performed
• Flexible schedule , available to work on day or night shift and even weekends.
• Ability to work with other peers.
